Terms of service

Service requests

CH Roadside Assistance provides roadside support in the Atlanta metro area, subject to availability, safe access, vehicle condition, and technician assessment. A request is not a guarantee that a particular service can be completed.

Quotes and payment

Displayed prices are starting estimates. The final amount may change only for approved additional work, parts, fuel, mileage, commercial requirements, or conditions outside the original request. Payment is processed securely through Stripe before dispatch unless CH Roadside approves another arrangement.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact, vehicle, and location information; remain reachable; have authority to request service; and ensure the vehicle is safely accessible. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside the requested roadside service.

Cancellations

Our Cancellation & refund policy is part of these terms. Cancellation fees may apply after dispatch or arrival.

Limits

To the extent allowed by law, CH Roadside is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
