We share information only as needed with technicians, payment processors, mapping providers, communications providers, and service partners that help complete your request. We do not sell personal information.

Payments and location

Payments are processed by Stripe; CH Roadside does not store full card numbers. Location information is used to confirm coverage, dispatch service, and provide navigation to the requested location.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and retain it only as long as needed for service, operations, disputes, accounting, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable by contacting chroadsideservice@gmail.com. Some information must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
