Cancellation & refund policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

Cancel before dispatch

You may cancel at no charge before a technician has been assigned or dispatched. Use your private job tracking link or call (470) 469-3257 as soon as possible.

Cancel after dispatch

If a technician has been assigned or is en route, a $35 non-refundable dispatch cancellation fee applies. If you paid online, the remaining amount is refunded to the original payment method when applicable.

After arrival or no-show

If the technician has arrived, service work has begun, or the customer is unavailable at the confirmed location, the full quoted service fee is non-refundable. Additional approved work, parts, fuel, or mileage may be billed separately.

When CH Roadside cancels

If CH Roadside cancels before arrival because we cannot provide service, we will not charge a cancellation fee and will refund eligible prepaid service charges. Safety concerns, incorrect location details, vehicle conditions outside the requested service, or circumstances requiring a tow may affect what service can be provided.

How refunds work

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary. Contact chroadsideservice@gmail.com or (470) 469-3257 with your job number for help.
